This service includes: cleaning, nail filing, shaping, buffing, cuticle care & skin moisturizing.
Cancellation Policy
APPOINTMENT: We recommend booking your nail appointment in advance to secure your desired date & time slot. You can schedule your appointment through our online booking system or in person. We do not accept walk-ins. DEPOSIT: To confirm you appointment, we require a 20% deposit. The deposit amount will be deducted from the total cost of your service. Deposits can be paid online through our secure payment system or in person at our Salon. Please note that deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellations or no-shows. ARRIVAL TIME: We kindly request that you arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to secure parking. Arriving early allows us to start your service on time and ensures that you receive the full duration of your scheduled appointment. LATE ARRIVALS: Arriving late may disrupt the schedule for other clients. We kindly request that you arrive on time to make the most of your appointment. If you're running late, please notify us as soon as possible. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations or rescheduling made with less notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
